I haven’t been on in forevrrrr but I can say one thing:
My life has changed, and for the better.
- I broke up with my abusive boyfriend three months ago
- I lost 20 pounds!! (not by starving either)
- My anti depressants are finally working
- My singing voice is getting better
Life is great, and it will be for you too :)

Q:20 sit ups is great! :D a start is a start :) just make sure you increase the number you do at least every two weeks to see results. good luck :)

I wish I had a better before of my legs, I’ve lost so much bulk in them in just a month from walking everywhere and dieting.
Did sit ups until I hurt
Which means I only did 20….
